Pupil Leadership

We are proud to be nurturing and developing future leaders at Hayes Park and as such, we provide ample opportunities to learn and practise the skills needed to be an inspirational role model. We believe in giving our pupils a voice and therefore we offer a variety of pupil leadership roles across year groups and across different areas of the school. Some of these roles are chosen democratically by the children and some are chosen by members of staff.

At Hayes Park, children have the opportunity to be part of:

• Games Crew
• Playground Buddies
• Head Pupils
