School Lunches

All of our school meals are prepared on the premises every day, using fresh fruit, vegetables and meat (halal meat choices are available).

All Key Stage 1 pupils (Reception, Year 1 & 2) will be entitled to a FREE lunch under the Universal Infant Free School Meal programme

As announced by The Mayor of London, from September, ALL Key Stage 2 children (years 3-6) will be entitled to daily free school meals (as well as those children in key stage 1 who are already entitled to this).

Click here to register your child or login to your account

All meals must be ordered via your account by 09:15 a.m. daily or weekly. If your child is absent then please cancel your meal before 09:30 a.m. of that morning.

Once you have registered your child/children you will receive a login and password. You can then view the menu and show your child/children what they can order. Parents of pupils who receive a free school lunch must also register their child/children and order their lunch via the website daily or weekly.

All payments for meals are completed through The Pantry’s website and your personal login. You need to put credit onto the account to start ordering meals. Once you have used up all the credit The Pantry will send you an email reminder to top up your credit. Once per week you will receive an email reminder to order for the following week.

Is your child eligible for free school meals?

Use this link to check. You should check your eligibility, even if your child is in Reception or Key Stage 1 and already receiving a free school meal. You could still be eligible, even if your child is in Key Stage 2 and prefers to bring in a packed lunch from home.

When a child is registered for Free School Meals – not only will your child receive a delicious hot dinner each day, but the School also gets some additional money called ‘pupil premium funding’ that we use to support your child with their learning. It also means that they will be entitled to one free extra curricular club a term and money towards school trips each year.

Packed Lunches

At Hayes Park School, we are proud to hold the Healthy Eating Silver Award. As part of this, we encourage all children who choose to bring a packed lunch from home to choose healthy eating options (no fizzy drinks, chocolates or sweets). No nuts or nut products e.g Nutella.
