Throughout the year we run a number of fundraising events, both to support the school and to support outside charities. Our main 'internal' fundraising projects are our solar rain forest (which is now in place and looking like a rain forest at last!), and our twin school in Nepal (via the Manisha Fund).

Image result for png old currency We're busy fundraising by collecting old British or foreign coin and notes, even obsolete currency. Initially you'll see lots of posters around the school as well as the collection bucket. Once all the currency has been collected we send it to cash-4-coins who exchange it into cash we can use. The bucket will be here all year, so please keep your old coins/notes coming!

Our staff also take part in fundraising activities - Mrs Mackerness ran the 2015 London Marathon in aid of the National Autistic Society. You can sponsor her directly through her Virgin Money Giving page. To see what other staff members have raised money for, check the staff fundraising page.

Charity fundraising - we also raise funds for various outside charities - check our charity fundraising page for more details.

To support the school, we have a dedicated search tool that adds to our fundraising - next time you want to run a search on the internet, use first and help raise money for the school. It works just like a 'normal' search engine, but every search generates income for the school - just 10 searches a day would make almost £20 a year for school funds.

You can also do your shopping through easyfundraising - use and the school fund gets a donation for each transaction (it doesn't cost you any more to shop this way). There's also a section where you can earn up to £250 for the school at no cost to you, details can be found on the easyfundraising site.

If you shop with Yellow Moon (catalogues are sent home with the children) please remember to go through Easyfundraising and use source code SHA1132 to make sure your purchase counts towards the Friends of Hayes Park School account!
