Under the Weather

This form lets us know if your child is feeling a little unwell, but is still well enough to attend. This gives you peace of mind that staff will monitor them throughout the day and contact you if needed.

This form and will send a direct email to our attendance and medical teams (and will be sent on to the class teacher too).  The aim is that we can work together to help your child come to school, but offer you and them the reassurance that if they deteriorate during the day we can send them home.
